Exceptional Teaching and Learning to Ensure Every Child Succeeds

Our teaching and learning processes are evidence-based and founded on the premise that every child will succeed. Whole school approaches support teaching consistency, and a focus on critical, creative and higher-order thinking is embedded across all learning areas.

Teachers strategically employ instructional strategies to support each child. Classroom instruction ensures a nuanced balance of safety and accountability and strives for the engagement of all learners, all of the time. Students in Pre-primary to Year 6 participate in learning experiences from the full suite of the Western Australian Curriculum, while the Kindergarten Guidelines and the Early Years Learning Framework guides the teaching and learning programs in Kindergarten. The National Quality Standards inform and support highly effective practice in our early years classrooms. Academic enrichment supports high achieving students to thrive by further enhancing, deepening and extending their learning.
